We do not condone unsolicited messages, notifications, alerts or any message that you may receive from someone who should not have your address or mobile number. If you have received an unsolicited message, which you would like to report to Deka Systems, please send an email to support@dekasys.com. Please include your mobile number, the date and time you received it and the contents of the message, (if possible), when completing the email.
How to opt-in: To opt-in from our service text the keyword to 77528: Standard/Other Charges may apply. By requesting information you are agreeing, opting in, to receive a one time text message specific to the SMS service, from Deka Systems LLC, unless you opt-out.
How to opt-out: To opt-out from the SMS service, you can text, "STOP" to 77528 from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our service.
How to get help or support: To get help, email us at support@dekasys.com, or call support at 608-443-7372. From your mobile phone, you may request our contact information at any time by texting HELP into 77528.
Anti-Spam Policy: Our system allows our customers to send e-mail to their subscribers, clients or prospects who have been given permission for their e-mail address to be used for such mailings. Under our terms of use, we will not allow our customers to use our service for unsolicited email or SMS. We do not send out unsolicited email and do not knowingly do business with any company or person that sends spam or that sells or trades personal information from prospects or clients.
